An Invitation to leave your ‘bookmark’ at York’s Junior School.
Honour your child's time at the York School today!
Book Nook rendering is an approximation. Finishes and colouring may vary slighty.
Transformational leadership isn't just about the present—it’s about leaving a legacy for generations to come. Though your child may have already moved on, this campus transformation exists because of your leadership. We invite you to champion the next generation by making a gift to complete the vision you helped create.
While the Junior School continues to grow, the core of what shapes our children hasn’t changed: hands-on learning, vibrant community, and inspiring teachers preparing students for Middle School and beyond.
During your time on the Board, you stewarded the vision for our Campaign for More Great Spaces and today, that vision is becoming a reality.
Each book spine is customizable, allowing you to include your family's name, your child's name, or a personal message. The Book Nook will be crafted by a leading manufacturer of donor recognition signage using durable, high-end materials. The symbols on the ‘book’ spines will represent York’s Houses - Air, Fire, Earth and Water.
Existing major gift donors to the More Great Spaces campaign will be given a book to personalize in the Book Nook.
Books will be represented in one of five York School palette colours.
