Honour your child’s start at
The York School today by supporting the Junior School Book Nook.

Book Nook rendering is an approximation. Finishes and colouring may vary slighty.

The foundation for your child’s growth began in the Junior School—and that strong beginning continues to shape students today.

As the Junior School undergoes an exciting transformation through our Campaign for More Great Spaces, we invite you to honour that legacy. By making a meaningful tribute in our Junior School Book Nook, you will help create the same inspiring start for generations of families to come.

The Junior School continues to grow and change, but the spirit that shaped your child remains the same. Today, you will still find our teachers challenge students through hands-on learning, nurturing their curiosity, and inspiring confidence in every child. Through experiential education, house challenges, and co-curricular activities, students discover their strengths and develop a strong sense of community.

Each book spine is customizable, allowing you to include your family's name, your child's name, or a personal message. The Book Nook will be crafted by a leading manufacturer of donor recognition signage using durable, high-end materials. The symbol of the Yorkie on the ‘book’ spines will represent your family’s legacy at York by honouring your child’s start in the Junior School.

Books will be represented in one of five York School palette colours.
